“The L4L program gave me fuel to get unstuck. It gave me back some inner courage to challenge myself and just put myself out there. It gave me the extra push and reminder that I can do anything if I put my mind and passion in the “why”? For me, it was my family and now we get this great opportunity for them to see the world and for me to help in the medical field!!! Win win!”
“This year has been like no other in my life. The program has definitely been a big part of that. The confidence to be self-aware, the ability to be patient in times of need and the benefit of a clearer mind have changed me for the better. For the first time in a long time, I feel that I’m going in the right direction for success.”
“I am much more self-aware. I am more aware of what I want and how to obtain it. Rather than dream or wish for something without taking the correct steps toward that goal, due to fear or some perceived negative effect, I know that I have to start somewhere. Through the Leadership4Life Program, I know that I am the person who can make things happen in my life and I am also the person who can keep myself from achieving my goals. I think that this is an awareness I lacked prior to participating in the program and it often left me stagnant and without room for growth. Now, I know that I can grow if I allow myself to.”
