The Oak Ridge Boys opened up their stage during the Grand Ole Opry's 90th Birthday to the Military Warriors Support Foundation and Wells Fargo for us to honor one of our nation’s combat wounded heroes.
Retired, US Army Sergeant Waylon McKay received a Purple Heart for wounds he sustained while supporting combat operations in Afghanistan. He also received three Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Iraq Campaign Medal with two Campaign Stars and a Combat Infantryman Badge.SGT McKay we honor you by presenting you with a move-in ready, 100% mortgage-free home generously donated by Wells Fargo, located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
