Combat-Wounded Veteran Received A Payment-Free Vehicle From Military Warriors Support Foundation, Homer-Skelton Chrysler-Dodge Jeep Ram and Homer Skelton Ford of Millington
Millington, TN - U.S. Army veteran Robert Hunt received a payment-free vehicle presented by Military Warriors Support Foundation’s (MWSF) Transportation4Heroes program, in collaboration with Homer-Skelton Chrysler-Dodge Jeep and Homer Skelton Ford Millington.

Robert has a long history of military service on both sides of his family and always wanted to join the military. He joined the U.S. Army in June 1995. He served in Bosnia Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Turkey, Cuba, and Iraq. Robert Hunt was twice wounded in action in Iraq once in 2005 and another time in 2006. He received two Purple Hearts for the injuries he sustained while supporting combat operations. He also received the Combat Action Badge, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Arrowhead device and many more. He lives in Cordova, TN with his family.
Since 2015, Military Warriors Support Foundation’s Transpotration4Heroes program has worked with companies across the country to award over 130 payment-free vehicles. In addition to providing vehicles, MWSF supports these combat-wounded veterans and Gold Star spouses through family and financial mentorship connected programs. These programs provide crucial transitional support that focus on housing, outdoor recreational activities, transportation assistance and leadership development.
