Retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant Benjamin Carter served in the military for 20 years and is a recipient of the Purple Heart for being wounded while supporting combat operations. MSG Benjamin Carter will be honored by Country Club of the Rockies by presenting him with the ceremonial key to his mortgage-free home. The home was donated by Wells Fargo to Military Warriors Support Foundation’s Homes4WoundedHeroes program earlier this year. The home and mentorship provide the crucial ongoing support the Carter family needs while transitioning from military life to civilian life.

Retired U.S. Army Sergeant Brandon Craig Paredes served in the military for over 8 years and is a recipient of the Purple Heart for being wounded while supporting combat operations. SGT Paredes will be honored by Country Club of the Rockies by presenting him with the ceremonial key to his payment-free vehicle. The vehicle and mentorship provide crucial ongoing support the Paredes family needs while transitioning from military life to civilian life.

Both veterans were chosen to receive their life-changing gifts after applying to MWSF’s programs. MWSF’s applications have a rigorous vetting process to ensure that the applicant chosen to receive a vehicle or home is the best recipient to participate in the programs. MWSF works with the recipients to ensure that the gift assists them in their successful transition out of the military and into their new civilian life.

Military Warriors Support Foundation is honored to participate each year at Country Club of the Rockies and is grateful to the continued support they give to our heroes.
