Yesterday in Sidney, NE, we continued our 15-year celebration of providing crucial transitional support for our nation's heroes by welcoming home Purple Heart recipient Benjamin Carter, a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant. The application has a rigorous vetting process to ensure that the veteran chosen to receive a home is the best recipient to participate in the program.
